liquid petroleum pipelines running from Canada to the U.S. and natural gas gathering and processing

facilities in Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Louisiana, Mississippi, New
Mexico, Utah and West Virginia and in Texas. ETP also is one of the
three largest retail marketers of propane in the United States. Also in
a joint venture with Enterprise Product Partners to build a crude oil
pipeline from Oklahoma to Texas.
Owns onshore and offshore natural gas, natural gas liquids, crude oil
and 50,000 miles of petrochemical pipelines, both onshore and offshore, and
storage and other associated facilities.

Owns crude oil, natural gas, and refined products pipelines.
Operates a variety of processing plants and industrial gas production plants. Operates mainly in Texas,
Louisiana, Arkansas, Mississippi, Alabama, Florida and the Gulf of
Morgan Energy Partners (KMP)
37,000 miles of natural gas, gasoline, and other petroleum product
pipelines and 180 terminals. Also operates coal and other dry-bulk materials terminals and
provides CO2 for enhanced oil recovery projects.
