Partners (RGP). ETP operates natural gas gathering, pipeline and
processing systems as well as large-diameter interstate pipeline
systems. Regency operates natural gas gathering, pipeline, and
processing systems.
Kinder Morgan, Inc. (KMI)
GP for Kinder Morgan Energy Partners
(KMP), which owns crude oil and natural gas pipelines, and coal, natural
gas, and petroleum products storage terminals. KMI also owns a 20% stake
in NGPL, which operates an interstate natural gas pipeline system.

GP for NuStar Energy LP (NS), which was spun off from Valero Energy in
2001, operates crude oil and refined product pipelines, terminals, and
storage facilities. Also operated asphalt refineries and terminals.
Targa Resources Corporation
(TRGP)
GP for Targa Resource Partners
(NGLS), which owns and operates natural gas pipelines, gathering
systems, and processing plants. NGLS has downstream marketing and
distribution assets.
Crosstex Energy, Inc. (XTXI)
GP for Crosstex Energy, LP (XTEX), which owns and operates
natural gas pipelines and associated facilities in Texas and in
Louisiana.
